After you return to the massage chair room, look for the main character of the story line you have been following. (Harry Potter…. or maybe a Pot that is Hairy?)

Under the TV there is a shelf that has a pot on it that is covered in Hair and has the letters “ER” on the bottom of it. Take it and use the handle end and put it in the hole underneath of where the trophy is sitting. Move the pot up and down.

If nothing happened, look behind the massage chair in the corner of the room and you will find a box in the corner behind the curtains. 4 inches from the bottom is a button. Push it.
