If you are going to towards the Gazebo from the main house.

Stick the metal brooms in the holes and push down at the same time.

If you are going from the Gazebo back to the main house and you pull the candle holder and the rope is stuck, then take the brooms and reverse them by turning them the opposite direction you traveled to get here. This will loosen any unstuck concept.
